Hi. I moved to Petoskey, Michigan a little while ago and was wondering if anyone knows anything about the whitefish. Do they come into the harbor and can you catch them in the fall off the breakwall or docks. Only thing I have heard is that they catch them through the ice in 100 feet of water. I lived in Tawas City and we used to catch them off the pier in mid Nov.
