Here's an idea that works well for a Christmas dinner buffet or just to serve to drop-in guests. (double each ingredient for a large crockpot)

For this recipe you will need:

2 lbs ground Venison
1 Cup uncooked minute rice
1 onion, finely chopped.
2 eggs
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
2 cans condensed Mushroom Soup.

In a medium mixing bowl place Venison, rice, onion, eggs and Seasoned Salt. Mix until uniform.

Use a mellon scoup, spoon, or your fingers, and form 1" balls, placing them inside the crockpot.

Cover meat balls with the Mushroom soup (BBQ sauce, Sweet and Sour sauce or condensed tomato soup works also.)

Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours (or until meat balls are done.)

Excellent Venison and Mushroom flavor.

This is also an easy one for transporting over the river and through the woods to Grandma's house. Just take the crockpot and plug it in when you arrive.

Have a Happy Holidays
