i have been hunting with my coonhounds for a while and i keep hearing coyotes but it has signs up no shooting april1-sept14 but the area is open to goose hunting?? its bald mountain rec area i was thinking of taking a 16gauge or a .22lr bolt action or my pse x-force bow if i kill a couple are the hides worth saving this time of year

The hides are not worth anything right now anyway. Wait a couple more months.

well the reason i asked is cause 1-i wasnt sure on hides this time of year i trap em so i know then there worth more i just wasnt sure on the pelts right now

2-if you read arrowflinger instead of saying that you should have read the part as well that says no shooting april1-sept14 HOWEVER SIGNS ARE POSTED OPEN TO GOOSE HUNTING WHICH IS SHOOTING IS IT NOT? thats why i asked

Actually if you want to get money for coyotes this year I would hold off until the last week in October or the first week in November. The fur industry is very soft now and I think we will have trouble selling anything that is not totally prime. Just my 2 cents
