Silver Lake - Oceana County

Can anyone advise the ice conditions (if any) up on Silver Lake in Oceana County by the town of Shelby:confused:

I had a friend up there last weekend fishing he said the ice was OK. I wasn't with him so I couldn't tell you exactly how much there was. He said the fishing was kind of slow though, they caught a few small pike and that was it. He said he had his camera down though and there walleye everywhere they just weren't in the eating mood.
