Metro raised its rates (still a good deal though) $4/ daily $20/annual, and I think Weds are free. Gino's when they open charges different amounts for during the week and week-ends.

You need to purchase a pass at Metro. Even if the entrance booth is empty. If so go to the office by the beach and you can walk in and buy a 1 day or yearly.
As far as Geno's Does anyone know who owns the property accross and next to Genos... I hear, when they built the Condos on the water, The condo's, had to purchase the property accross the street and replace the wetlands (the lake behind the hill) and also give access way to the lake (next to Geno's). If this is true. When Geno's post no parking signs. They would be posted illegally?

Everytime I have been out this winter they only charge $3 a day. Might be different during winter months or without a boat. Not sure.
