Hello, I am starting to amass quite a bit of soft plastics, Senkos, Powerbaits..... Currently I am using a gallon zip lock bag, but it is getting tough to sort through the contents to find what I am looking for. Just wondering what everyone else is using? Thanks, Eric's Dad

i do exactly what you do, but i keep the plastics in their original package and limit the amount i put in the gallon bags.
then, i have a small book bag that i carry all the gallon bags in. the book bag is large enough to keep a small plano box with hooks and sinkers and a spare spool of line. i can take enough plastic baits to constantly change for changing conditions in this book bag.
the book bag is only 10 inches wide......18 inches long........about 8 inches deep. it isn't cumbersome at all. also, it fits plenty of tackle, but isn't too heavy to carry along a river. it only takes a small spot in a small 14 foot row-boat.
just a suggestion........let us know what you come up with.

Depending on your stoarage space either bags or plano 3700 boxes are your best bet. Just be careful of storing all different colors together. Sometimes in the heat the pigments will bleed giving you multicolored baits. They do make very inexpensive soft sided tackle bags specifically for storing soft plastics. check out BPS or Hicks Outdoors in Clio

I like to keep em in the original package and take just a bit more then I plan to use in another plastic bag of some sort. Same with the jig heads, and I clean out the eyes ahead of time. Also some of these baits will melt in certain types of plastic containers so be careful of that!

I bought a worm wrap for $10 at Dicks Sporting Goods. Best fishing-related $10 Ive ever spent. Its basically a soft sided 2 ring binder w/ a zipper. keeps everything nice and clean, and frees up space in my tackle box as i just attach strap to outer strap of my tackle bag.
good stuff.

I leave them in the original package when I place them in one of the zip lock bags in the wrap/binder. You'd be amazed at how many packages you can stuff into one of these. Well worth the money.
