Scope

Just picked up a reuger10/22 (based on what i have read from all of you) and was wondering what the best scope is for this gun. A gentleman told to get a fixed 4power. I was wondering what other guys/gals use for their .22's

what do you plan on doing with it? i like a 2-7 variable on my .22s. 2 for really close shots, 7 power for target shooting and still hunting for squirrels.

I like the fixed 4x too. Thats what I have on mine.

This has served me well. I do have a few .22s with variable power scopes, but usually leave them set on 4X. All the best...

Ill probably get the fixed 4 power but now the question is what brand? im looking at spending around $100. I plan on shooting rabbit and squirrel and some varmits. hopefully that will help you guys.
