Wierd looking barge on the river last night

Anyone see the strange house boat barge thing on the river last going up stream around 10-11pm?Strangest thing I ever seen looked it like it had a gulfstream trailer on the front with house in the middle and another trailer thing on the back end.In the middle on top of the house was 14 foot boat.It was flying two flags American on front and canadian on back.Strangest looking boat on the river I have ever seen.

Saw it about 8pm in Saint Clair. American ................... woodwind orchestra is what it said on the side. Did not catch the second work was boating a fish. How about the tug that went by last that left a wake for 20 minutes.

Didnt see it but there was freighter that left a wake for about that long,it realy rowled the water up.On top of that the current was realy fast night up near the BW bridge.

I believe it was a research vessel that is going to study the lakes and river connecting them.
Front end looked like a HUMMER with 3 windows.

tuesday night there was a barge being pushed with what looked like equipment for a worksite, as in portable generator lights and such, heading down current while i was by the pine river. must be construction on one of the islands??

yeah its a coastguard research vessel it was in the saginaw last week
