Went Muskie fishing today, ended up 8 for 12. Here’s 3 of our better fish: I lost both fish that I had on the rod, one was a good one! They made me the net man because I didn’t screw that up today! 1st one was 53, the second 49/12, didn’t measure the 3rd but it was decent!

Great to hear from you Kurt! Things are tough over this way as far as the jobs and economy but we're doing what we can given the circumstances. Hope things are going better in the great sate of Montana!!!

Nice fish!
Are you sure that's LSC? I don't see another boat in any of those photos. With the weather the way it was I would have thought you could have walked from Metro to Canada without getting your feet wet.

Went 6 for 9 today. Mostly smaller fish with the exception of a 51 1/2 incher my sons friend caught. He's a Muskie virgin no longer. Here's a couple pics but the sun was behind the boat and I wanted to get it back in the water, thus the poor qualitiy pics but you get the idea.
Note: I edited this post to lighten up the pics following mrymars post below, thanks Mike!

I don't know what's uglier.... that 1st fish, or the schmuck holding it:lol:. Thanks again for the invite...... always a blast fishing with you. That fish has now replaced my Sask. buck as my computer wallpaper! I'm never swimming in that lake again!

Sounds like I might have to get my musky stuff out. Went to Canada side yesterday again for perch, moved a dozen times with only 22 perch to show for it. I did get one 30+ inch pike, but it had weird colors,, sorta black and lime green? My bud thought it was a tiger musky but I had no camera and got the hook out with needle nose pliers without bringing it in the boat and it was released. It was a very colerfull pike. The last couple times to Canada for perch have been not soo good. Maybee they are full of the bugs that are all over the water? Nice skies. seeya

Nice fish John.. 2 big ones in 2 days keep that phone on I`m calling you.. It was nice to but the boat to the person now we just need to but the person to the voice.. lol ps Do you have one of those fish tanks that Dave Clark makes? Best investment towards muskie fishing I ever purchased, no more rushing around for pictures ect. and the fish are in super condition when released.. Anyways congrats on those couple of beauties..
Nice catch, John...thanks for sharing
BTW- I noticed Jr. doesnt wear white shirts on the boat anymore....lol

If you can come to Erieau this year, I'll make sure he wears one. Nothing like a tie dyed white and Steelhead blood red T-shirt! :p ;)
