Hey all, I have a dual console ProV lund that I bought a couple years back that "had" a really slick plexi-glass center sheild that my 8 year old thought was strong enough to hang on. Unfortunately it wasn't and he snapped it into two pieces. I was wondering if anyone knows of anyone that could fabricate me a new piece of plexiglass. I have the original pieces as a reference and all the hardware to put it back on just need the plexi. I knew it would eventually break when the guy I bought the boat from said "this is the only one in exsistence".:( There's a picture of it in my avatar.

I recommend TPI, in Rochester Hills, MI... (also known as Total Plastics, Inc)

Also, recommend you switch from Plexi-glas....to Lexan.

Lexan is what F16 canopies and bank teller windows are made out of. For reference, and entire sheet of 3/16 lexan from TPI, was just under $200. Cut to my specs. Also, I have 1/4 inch Lexan as the windshield for a 32' layout mother ship, duck boat. You can kick the windows full force, and only hurt your leg...not the plastic.

TPI has made plenty of items for me. TPI probably has remnant size pieces, which they can cut to your specs, too. If not, they will sell 1/2 sheet, 1/4 sheet, etc..but prices climb. Ask if they have remnant pieces first.

If that doesnt work, try Laird Plastics, on Groesbeck. No phone number, sorry. They are a bit on the high side, price wise. If TPI, can't do it.... Laird can, though.

Does it need to be formed into a shape? We do vac-forming where I work.
