What is wrong with some people?
I was bass fishing anchor bay yesterday with a buddy. We were making our way down the shore with the boat to a rock pile that always produces a fish or 2. I look over to see a nitro boat with their troliing motor in high speed. Going right around us from behind and cut us off not 10 yards in front of us just to get to the rock point first!:dizzy:
All I got was a quick glance when my spinner bait landed across his bow, to get my point across. I didnt say a word and I knew I didnt have to after that!
Anyways, it was a great day other then that. Ended up catching about 20 largemouth for 4 hours of fishing. Including a nice 5+ lb fish and several 4's. I got a pic of the big one on my phone Ill get up soon.

just one thing to say...Lake St. Clair on a nice summer weekend = A ZOO!!! Unless I absolutely can't avoid it, I'll fish any day of the week other than weekends.
Nice fish anyway ;)

Ya had a nice day, even with the Nitro ninny!
Nice job on the bass. You said largemouths?
Thats a great day!
Still not keen on the lead throwing, but ya got away with it, and maybe he learned some manners.
I really think some people dont realize their being idiots? is that possible?
I have no problem letting then know,(verbally) without tossing lead. I save throwing lead for emergencies only, which luckily I've never had to do.
Good job on the Bass!

Never threw it at him. Just over his line, across the bow.
I can understand an inland tourney, but we were the only 2 around!:dizzy:

I cant understand a tourney and that isnt an excuse to be rude either. Glad you had fun catching.

if the guy has gone through the motions to own a Nitro Bass boat, has all the equipment and has done the research and spent fishing time on this water to know where the rock point mentioned is located and he has his trolling motor on high speed to beat you to the spot then the idiot knows exactly what he is doing.....cutting you off to be the first on the spot. plain and simple.....it was intentional.....not towards you personally, but probably the way he always fishes......it will catch up with him in the future....hopefully in a tournament:evil:
glad you caught some fish off the spot and hopefully it was right under his rude nose. this is one of the reasons i stepped away from tournament fishing.
local tournaments are cut-throat.....plain and simple.....you put a little money in the mix and it turns alot of every day fishermen into Jeckyl and Hyde.
