Took an idea from spanky and smoked some steaks this evening, First time for smoked ribeyes. And since the kids are gone, did some king crab leg legs to. Set up the weber kettle with some hickery chips, and let them go for 40 minutes to med rare. put the legs on for 10 min in the smoke. It was hard to move from the couch to the keyboard, but I had to post. Sorry no pics. next time I'll have the camera ready.

Thanks guys, I love steaks cooked over wood fire.
