I recently got a ground some material for making a ground blind. I was wonderign if anyone knows of a placce that I can buy stakes to hold the stuff up. Does anyone even make such a thing. And does anyone have a good idea of what I can do to make a frame for the blind? thanks

Use dead branches you pick up as you walk to your spot. Less to carry and works fine. Maybe carry a little heavy cord in case you want the dulux version.

I had a bud make a blind with conduit. He laid out the camo burlap and sewed long pockets for the condiut to set in. The bottom he flatten with a hammer. Just got out set it up took no time. He brush it in and took a nice tom this year with his bow at 12 yards. Easy to move also. Good luck.......marty:D

I was going to suggest the same thing.
Go to Home Depot and pick up some 1" PVC pipe, some 4-way connectors, some "T's", and find a few wooden dowels that'll just fit inside the pipe.
Then buy some camo burlap or mesh of some sort and make a frame for it. The trick is to have enough cross support it's rigid, and you use the dowels for spikes. Sharpen them to a point and leave around 4" sticking out the bottom of the tubes. (This is done through the 4-way connectors. ) Then run a few small screws through the PVC and into the dowel to fix it to the pipe.
These are really easy to build in my experience. If you don't like sewing, I found that you can roll the burlap around the PVC and stick it on with a staple gun.
I built myself one of these recently using a piece of 12' long camo burlap. I left it as one uncut piece of camo, but it's got 6 pvc "frames" 2-foot wide each that rotate from each other. That way I can fold it up and make whatever shapes I feel like.
To make the hinges so the panels rotate I took two of the next size bigger T and using a very small piece of pipe connected them so they were basically touch at the bottoms. When you slide them over the 1" pvc they'll spin pretty freely. Use two of those to connect each panel. To stop them from falling down and collecting at the bottom I found some big-headed screws and ran them in just under the top hinge so it rested on the screw caps.
After you've got your frame built spray paint it flat black or brown. Then put the camo on. This is an added advantage of the staple method as you can do the burlap last. Then I took a permanent black marker and made sure all of the staples were colored over just to cut down on glare.
All said and done the blind cost me less than $30 since I bought the burlap at Meijer on clearance and 1" PVC is very cheap.
