Final Countdown :)

Ok last posting on this matter. I will be there to set up around 10:00 am the meeting room is reserved from 10:30 AM to 5:30PM There will be two computers there to scann pictures for you so be sure to BRING your PHOTOS. Also rrbuckmaster has donated a banner he had made up for this meeting THANKS rrbuckmaster :) 338BAR and Byron have said they would bring in there computers and scanners to scan pictures for all of those that don't have scanners . I think this is OUTSTANDING on there part to go through all this for you folks . I will have name tags there to sing your Forum user names on and weear. Then if you see someone you recogonize for gosh saks don't be shy and say hi. No food or drinks will be allowed to be brought into the building . They have snack shops and sell meals as well as snacks and sandwiches. I hope Boehr will be there also to answer any questions you might have . If you have any questions please email me and i will get you the answers back ASAP. I ask you fro a finl count can you PLEASE tell me if your comming and what time everyone might arrive .Thanks in advance and PS TELL EVERYONE you know about this post . :)
