Saginaw River

What's going on? I would like to go and do some ice fishing. Any safe ice, or a place I can put in my boat? Maybe the middle of next week after the warm weather. I like to run my boat mid winter at least once, just to keep it from setting up, if you what I mean.

Even with warm weather, and the lack of ice, the Saginaw River boat launches are still full of ice, and difficult if not impossible to get a boat out. But I have seen people muscle boats down the bank, and into the river.
