Palmer Road , Pinconning Rd. , Tawas Bay info

Would appreciate any recent fishing info on Palmer Road , Pinconning Road or Tawas Bay .

Last Sunday 12-22 Pinconning had enough ice for you to walk on,but it wasn't out very far. Palmer road was the same way, but the open water was out farther. Haven't been to either place since.

Getting ready this am to hit out from Palmer. Been going everyweekend for several weeks now. 5-6" og ice typical right now. Obviously, care should taken when venturing close to the open water. Thins out quickly. Quads have been out, adventurous types !

Perch are becomming more scattered, hunting them down is the trick. Not been out yet we didn't get a few "jumbo's" thrown in either, 10" - 12" + ! Lots of sorters as usual too.

Get away from the crowd, think shallow.

We were out of Palmer rd yesterday, It sucked. I caught two perch. Seen maybe a half dozen.

The fishing was poor at palmer rd. today.Everyone moveing with not much luck that i could see.If going that way i would consider trying the pine.Go north past the small islands.
