Looking at buying a cottage on this lake does anyone know how the fishing is, what type of fish, what type of bottom sand or muck? Any information would be great!!! Thanks

Rented a place there for week end couple years ago. Small, private, catch and release only lake. Shallow, only hole is about 20'. Some sandy areas, mostly silty bottom. Bays are shallow (4-5'). A lot of bass, nothing big, mostly in the lily pads toward evening. A few pike during the day in 6' of water with scattered weeds. Biggest was 26". Nice, quiet place, little fishing pressure because it's private.

My in-laws live on the lake. It is relatively shallow and weedy. Good pike and bass fishing and excellent panfish fishing. Most of the people on the lake practice catch and release with the exception of some panfish now and then. Great place to take my kids and I have a blast with my flyrod on the bluegills and bass. PM me if you have any more specific questions.
