bow fishing for carp, is this allowed on the bell river, specifically st. clair/macomb counties?
it is technically a trout stream, but i cannot find if it is excluded like other rivers.

Are you sure it's designated as a trout stream? I don't believe it is myself. Couldn't find it listed here: http://www.michigan.gov/documents/dnr/FO-210-07_182400_7.pdf

Yes it is considerd a desgnated trout stream, so no it wouldn't be legal to bow fish it.
