Took my niece and nephew today for some swimming so I was stuck on shore. Fished Island lake for about a half hour and got 2 nice gills, about 8inches each, first on a pumpkinpepper micro crawfish and 1/32oz black jig head. Second fish on a white micro shad and orange 1/32. oz live bait jig head. Then did some BBQ and moved to kent lake to let the kids swim some more. I headed to the small damn to do some fishing and ended up getting a 2lb largemouth(FAT) on a CD3 rapala and a smallmouth on a size 0 black body gold blade mepps XD. I didn't fish for a long time but it was decent action. Seamed like the gills were on beds and the bass in good in the river if anybody wants to check it out -Bryon
