Where to take the kids Sun or Mon (from shore)

With this beautiful weekend, and the kids itching to drown some worms, can you guys recommend someplace to put them on some pan fish? We will be fishing from shore and are considering Metro, Stoney, or possibly Brandenburg? Have never been to Brandenburg and hear its nice.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You could try along the marsh area at Metro. Was some good bluegill fishing there years past but the water has been too low. With the water up this year, should be some good fishing.

Brandburg, you will catch fish and if some of the kids get bored there is a playground there! Right now thye panfish are on fire in LSC from M-59 north!
