wednesday am, st clair

2 of us went 6 for 7 just south of the pine this morning with BB's. Hammer'd brass with clear beads took 5 and hammer'd brass with green beads took 1. Nice morning, water was much cleaner than it was on monday.

The Pine empties into the river in the city of St Clair (St Clair boat harbor).We were off the water by 11:00am before the winds started kicking up.

Went to Algonac, 2 of us picked up 6. Black jighead with minnow colored bodies.
I think we may have been the only ones jigging, as far as I could tell. Saw 2 others caught by boats pulling harnesses. More whippers out there than anything.
