I figured this forum could use a little life breathed into it. So let's hear what you have on draft or bottles.
At the moment I have four different beers on tap: American Wheat, Irish Red, all Centennial IPA, and SNPA clone. The picture below is my pint of American Wheat from last night. It's an Oberon-ish type beer but has a bit more spice from the hefeweizen yeast I used. It's a definitely a refreshing beer and I'm looking forward to the hot summer afternoons and sipping on this beaut.

That looks so good! I'd love to delv into the hobby but I haven't ever had a chance or knowledge. I know I have enough to keep me busy but one day I want to be able to sample my own. (Aside from the fact that my Dad thinks his Mr. Beer makes great blueberry beer...)

You really should think about taking the plunge. If you can boil water you can make beer, it really is as simple as that. Start making extract beer and it won't take up much of your time and you'll get a feel for the entire process start to finish and you'll make good beer. From there the sky is the limit in regards to how far you want to take your brewing.
Still not much activity in the thread so Imma keep postin'! This is the Irish Red I have on tap ATM. For this one I went lighter on the hops and focused the flavor more on the specialty grains. A good amount of crystal, biscuit, and a touch of chocolate malt give this beer a malty and slightly toasted flavor. It's a good beer but I think it could use some improvement. The finish is a bit dry and I think next time I'll either mash a touch higher or switch to a yeast with less attenuation so it is a touch sweeter. Still a good beer though.

Down to the last few bottles of a batch of a Two Hearted Ale clone, starting in on a batch of cream ale, and just bottled an american red ale that won't be ready for two or three more weeks. With any luck I will brew a batch of an Anchor Steam clone this weekend.
