Well I wonder how many of you have crow hunted. I do quite a bit in Feb and March. Makes me get up early and enjoy the winter flora and fauna. I usually get a couple every time out. Its some real fun shooting. 6 decoys and boom box with a dieing crow cassette, a white sheet to cover up with and your in bussiness. Oh and plenty of shells.
Hunted southern ontario a couple of times, non stop shooting, boxes of shells and upwards of 50 crows in a day. The crow population in southern ontario is amazing.

I've crow hunted as part of off-season training with young Labs. It gets them accustomed to sitting still, the calling, holding steady to shot, and retrieving.

You know exactly what happens with a pile of crows. If you want to talk morals and ethics make sure you come over and talk to the farmers who's property we hunt first.
