Eye's and Z's custom made walleye rod...SWEET

Back in May I asked fellow members for your recommendation for the "ultimate" jigging rod for my husbands B-day.......

There were lot's of GREAT recommendation and I was leaning towards the St. Croix Avid Series, but I followed up on several members who recommended I get in touch with MS member; Eye's and Z's (Capt. Matt) . Well, we ordered a rod from him and finally got the chance to put it to the test Monday and Tuesday and it is FANTASTIC ! He worked with us to pick out EVERY detail of the rod: weight, tip speed, wraps, guides, cork length, etc... all I can say is WOW, great stick. Now I need to order one for ME :D

I just thought I would share :chillin: as I thought it was neat to support a local guy, and his price was very good too !!!!

About how much did the rod run you i am thinking about a jigging rod and how do i get in touch with him thanks

I've have 2 Z-Rods and love them, no more fenwicks :D I would refer him to anyone, you cant find a better custom built rod..
