For all the guys I've heard whining about how much they think Lowrance sucks - HERE is another example of how I've had NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS to say about them and have had good experiences with using the products.

Yes - I've had some long hold times in the past on the phone - but always got great service since I started using the products 20 some years ago.

For assisting me and my friend Jack , who has a LMS520 and LCX27 on his Lund 1800 Fisherman.
This early spring the X27 screen would get fuzzy and the colors would get all distorted , but work intermittently. To resolve this , I emailed Linda a total of three times!
(the third time being solely a thank you from Jack & I.)

I provided her the requested information on Monday and this week Thursday FedEx dropped a new LCX27c at Jack's house - she told me that she sent a pre-paid mailer to return the defective unit in the mail, so in other words...
ZERO down time in between!!
