My mother-in-law's butt....

It was my m.i.l.'s birthday this weekend so I made a pork butt for the family,what did you guy's think the title was about? I picked up a 9.0 lb.er and gave it a good rub and wrap for the night.

Got the smoker to temp at about 8:00 a.m. and threw it on with some veggie's that I smoked for a few hour's that I would later cut up and put in my beans along with some left over pork loin I smoked last week.

Got the inside temp to 165 and yanked it off and wrapped in foil then brought it the house and put the oven at 250 to let it get to 200.

Then the beans.

Butt is done and and rested in cooler ready to pull.
