Well another rainy, poopy day to fish so i fired up the smoker. :) Had a 8.5 # Pork Butt and did my first batch of Dutchs Wicked Baked Beans minus the peppers. The beans were AWESOME!:corkysm55 Great reviews from all. Pork butt turned out yummy too. Glad the smoker stays at an even temp on a rainy day. Enjoy the pics as i enjoyed the food!:corkysm55:chillin:

Looks great......I've made Dutchs' beans a few times don't be afraid to add the peppers they're not that hot. I remove the seeds and my wife and daughter both love them and they aren't big on hot stuff

Very true! I like to use the peppers. You actually get more bite fromthe mustard powder than seeded Japs. I also like to use leftover rib meat, or pulled pork instead of the bacon, or along with it!

As Dan said, some left over pork bark is real good in the beans.

BTW, looks good!
