Outboard oil leak

I have a nissan 2 stroke that is leaking oil any idea why?

Umm a bad seal? just kidding, really need alot more info then what you gave us. Where, when , what color, stuff like that.

Well being that a Nissan 2 stroke dosnt have an oil reservoir for the engine, I will presume you are talking about either the gearcase or you have a dark oil coming out near the prop housing.

I am thinking gearcase seals? can you post up a pic of what you got going on?

Ok lets try the crystal ball, shaft seal under the water pump?

If you hit bottom you may have bent the prop shaft witch causes the seal behind the prop to leak. Even if only bent .001" and new seals will only go out untill you fix the shaft. Take it to a marine shop and have them look at the prop shaft could save a lot of wasted time and mony
