I bought a 1983 22' Starcraft Islander that is going to need a transom replacement. There is no interior walls at the stern of this boat (probably had rotted away,) you can see the transom just by standing in the boat. The floor has been redone already. I am looking for a possible home based, layed-off or retired person who has the experience and knowledge to do this job. I am in Oakland County, Waterford, but can travel the boat a reasonable distance (1 hour) for the right person. Please PM if you are interested with a ballpark price on this work.
