Does anyone have one of these rifles? How do you like it, how does it compare to other rifles that you have owened? I am thinking about the 25-06 in the weather shield.

He bought the 25-06 last year when they were running the deal on it with the pistol. I'm not sure if his is the weather shield or not but he loves his rifle and will probably never shoot anything else for whitetail again. I shot it last year before season and it is a sweet shooting rifle. Very capable of sub-one inch groups at 100 yds. And he took his best buck with it opening day last year. He did have to send the bolt back in for a recall but it was returned to him in under a week and all the postage was covered. So if the need arises great customer service is also included.
