Just read that Joe Biden's charitable deductions for 2008 were less than my family's! Come on Joe, how can a struggling middle class family in the most economically challenged state in the country give more to charity than a wealthy politician? Come on Joe, you made several times more $ in 2008 than me but give less to charity? Apparently he would rather spend the taxpayer's $ to help those in need than his own........

Apparently you feel that Joe doesn't redistribute his income like you, will you be running for office soon?

Joe IS THE A typical democrat/liberal/socialist. He believes in giving money to the needy as long as the money is not his. That's the problem with socialism its fine until you run out of other peoples money.

Wonder if this info was availible before his pose was elected, and even better, would it have changed anything?
I didnt think so either.

The statement I heard on CNN from the White House is that he and the Mrs. give a lot of time instead of money. Right.... I believe the Mrs. likely does, but I'm willing to bet Old Joe thinks his VP position is charity enough.

From my memopry every Dem presidential candidate whose taxes were open to viewing, they paid significantly less than the Rep candidate.

The big difference regarding charity between the two is that Rep give their own money to charities and the Dems want to use YOUR money to give to charities.

For those of you that want me to post links, screw you do your own darn homework and pay attention more during the election process.

I think I posted both nobama's and joe's charitable donations. Nobama didn't give much until he decided to run for office. Joe wasn't any better. I gave more than the both of them combined up through something like 2006.

That might be a good way to vote, the one who give the most of THEIR $$ to charity (as a percentage of their income). Heck it beats picking the lesser of the two evils (or incompetents .. see Minnesota)

This touches on why I am a little sour on most Democrats becaue they do want to spend just not their own $$ and to me this seems a little hipocritic.

actually thats some very interesting information.
i will second the request for people to research these things for themselves. on very interesting thing to check on is the amounts liberals/conservative donate to charity. i won't say what your will find other then it explains a lot. From my memopry every Dem presidential candidate whose taxes were open to viewing, they paid significantly less than the Rep candidate.
