Im am looking for several first mates for the summer walleye season. My home port is Bay City. Pay is mostly tips from customers, dont get me wrong i will throw you cash as deserved. It a great learning experience, and would make a job for retired or an unemployed person. Must have general boating skills, along with a knowlege of walleye fishing. You MUST be able to filet fish in a timely manner. I mostly fish from friday to sunday.

If you are interested in wake up every morning to go fishing please let me know. There is a small interview, i have to make sure i have the right person for my boat.
Thanks Capt. D hunterr989@yahoo.com

Personally..I would like some kind of set pay plus tips. Working and having no idea what you might make makes it tough.

I have experience in all facets of walleye fishing. How many charters did you have last year and do you have any lined up for thjis year yet?

Thank you Sir!;)

I did first mate for many years on Lake Erie,I have done it several times this year,,I always looked at it like a free fishing trip,,I probably averaged $100 a trip ,,a lot of long hours but I enjoyed it ,I met a lot of people and developed a lot of friendships ,,I would not do it expecting to make much money,,
