dove breasts

OK, I know you haven't a dove season, but if you come across some delectible dove breasts, stuff a slice of jalopeno inside, put half a chicken liver on top of it, wrap the whole thing with a slice of bacon and grill. Wow! Did it for years without the jalapeno slice and was turned on to it by a friend. Makes a ton of difference, much like a Bleu cheese stuffed olive makes in a martini.

Got the email from Steve about the Ohio site and popped in briefly, but it just looks like a bunch old fart Buckeyes like me and I didn't have time to stay. Will log in this afternoon.
Did doves for years like this without the pepper and it really sets it off. Even Lynn, who doesn't eat hot stuff by the handful like me, loves it.
