How does one know if they have a shallow V, semi deep V, or a deep V?

Is there some "measurement" that tells you what you have?

I have a 1976 Meyers "Super Pro" 14 foot boat, and am thinking I have a "semi deep V", but wanted to know exactly what I have, and how the breakdown between shallow, semi deep, and deep v is determined.

Can anyone help me here?

Thanks in advance.

Mike

Deep v will have a slope in the hull all the way from front to the back.

Semi v will have a slope half the length of the boat, and then flat the rest of the way to the back.
