ice report 4/11 (pic)

we made made our last trip of the year today and i thought i'd pass along a report. the ice was about 10-12" but things are getting really soft in spots. the fishing was slow but we managed to catch some nice 9-12" perch. with the temps getting into the 40's and 50's the remaing ice is going to go fast so everyone stay safe and good luck. btw we were fishing in the gwinn area which is about 30 min south of marquette.

Nice job. I think I'm done for the year too. As of Thursday there was still around 20 inches of ice once I scraped away the honeycombed stuff where I was fishing over here on the east end.
