Suckers for dinner

Buddy talk to two guys spearing thursday night.They were trying to get some suckers for a benefit dinner around lapeer county.They had two fish so he gave them the cooler full of ones we got the night before.Just wondering if anyone knows about this, got some last night and looking to help them out.Thanks.

They are good smoked, just took thirty of them out of the smoker and man do they taste good.

Wow I wonder if they are going to mention to the public what type of fish they are eating? They might have to hand out wavers for choking purpose.(bones)

I live in Lapeer and havent heard anything about a Sucker fish fry. I know where my son goes to school they were doing fish frys for lent, but im pretty sure it wasnt sucker (at least i hope). If i see anything in the local papers ill let ya know.
