OK here goes . . . I am looking to start fishing for Walleyes out of Buffalo.
I recently purchased a 17' Tracker bass boat but want to get set up for Walleye fishing too. What do I need for equipment, where do I start fishing, what is the best method and when would be the best time?
I'm not expecting anyone to give away any trade secrets but a little help in getting started would be well appreciated. I tried the lake erie forum but they said I'd get a better response from this forum. I do have some used rods/reels that I got from a friend that got out of fishing because of medical reasons, three Daiwa rods/reels w/counters and a couple of planer boards, but I'm not sure how to use them or if I need additional equipment to be able to use them. Any help would be great!!!!
