I doubt this is the best place for this question, but not really sure if any place on these forums is.

I am looking to join a summer softball league in my area, don't really care how competitive the league is, I can play at any level from co-ed fun to men's competitive.

Wasn't sure if anyone out there had a team or needed on more player (can do anything but pitch)

Looking for Shelby Twp, Rochester, Romeo or close proximity.

Mods....feel free to move if there is a better section

PM if you have anything

Mae Stecker is right by my house, get a team together and I'll be there!

You all better get a move on this. Because Softball season starts soon. Most leagues are established already with teams. So it maybe to late to get in a league. I have my first game on the 29th of April.

Call Liberty park in Sterling Heights, there's always teams looking for players.
My buddies and I played there every year for 10 years. They used to have a sign up in the office for players looking for teams as well as a bulletin board with openings as well.

Good luck.

I gave up softball 12 years ago to coach my kid's summer travel baseball teams. Last year my 2 sons, nephew and myself played a USSSA tournament in Lansing. It was a blast. My last at bat I hit into a bases loaded triple play. I'm thinking that was a sign to give up my playing days:yikes:.

I actually found a team in Rochester, so I am all set!

Thanks though!
