Material List: Hook- Mustad 80050BR Size 4.
Tails and Antennas- Brown Goose biots.
Underbody- .030 lead
Dubbing-Hareline rabbit brown.
Ribbing- small copper wire.
Gills- Small brown round rubber.
Top of thorax and abdomen- Medallion sheeting or saddle hackle brown coated with Soft Body.

Apply a small amount of dubbing to keep the biot tails apart then apply biots to each side.

Tie in the small copper wire ribbing and Medallion sheeting or treated hackle then any lead added to shank of hook.

Here we dub the tappered abdomen. I use any brown junk dubbing to build up the under body before applying the dubbing I want to be seen.

Here we fold over the treated hackle and add small round rubber gills as the copper wire is palmered forward. The wire holds the rubber gills on. I leave the rubber gills long and trim to size after the fly is done.
