devil's lake

anyonefished the lake before? fishing an opening day pike tourney there and i am looking fo any helpful info as i have never been there before

assuming you are talking devils in lenawee county?..if so..the lake is split into 2 parts a north south upper lake and eastwest lower lake..separated by a really shallow sand bar...for pike i like the drop offs in eastwest part from the sand bar to the first point on the south shore//// northsouth portion i like the upper reaches where she shallows( far north end) the lake is really clear and gets lots of pleasure traffic on weekends and nice days.... lures of neutral or lifelike colors work best for pike or spinnerbaits..i've had great results on black/silver or emerald chattersticks the last year or so( except on really big toothy critters:yikes: they just tear the lure apart..lol:lol:)
