Sterling State Park

Does anyone know if the inlet at Sterling is open water yet? I would like to take my son down there this weekend in the old jon boat if the ice is gone. It's about an hour drive for me though to find out.....Thanks!

I plan to launch there on Wen
Here's a pic from the Satellite, there's no ice and the water looks clean.

Clean? Went for a drive down there the other day. Lot of people fishing. Dont know how good they were doing.
