I am looking to brew and bottle a 10 gallon batch of all grain Imperial IPA with about 7.5% abv. I made an IPA when I was brewing with extract I used 20 lbs light malt extract, 3 lbs of crystal 60L, 8 oz. chocholate malt, my hops were 2oz. zeus, 2 oz. horizon, 2 oz. of northern brewer yeast safale 05 dry ale yeast. It was a good beer red in color, and kind of sweet, I probably used to much crystal. I wanted a more pale color and a some what drier taste not as sweet, and good floral hop flavor rather on the aggressive side. I have been using 2 row pale malt as my base lately. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I'd just bump the recipe that you have up but in doing so reduce the percentage of crystal since you said it was too sweet.
