Spawning Walleye

Are the walleye spawning? They have started here on Lake Of The Wood's / Ontario

Mostly smaller males as of now, but statring to see some big females.

Trucks are still rolling on the ice:D

I was on almost 2 ft. of ice yesterday. With walleye season closed here the only thing left to go after is pretty much whitefish and perch. I hate to admit it, but I'm kinda ready for some warmer weather.
