Bellville Lake?

Anyone hit Bellville yet?

i got some nice crappies from the rawsonville rd pond on tuesday. 15inchers.some eyes caught, i released mine, other kept them. they kept some 30inch fish. i called the dnr. they didnt show while i was there. going again today.

I was there Saturday. Put in at Rawsonville road. Fished all over the lake. 2 perch at the Bellville bridge. And 1 walleye at the dam up river and 1 sucker not including me:D Saw one eye caught off the wall at the dam. My eye was released as the one at the wall. Which suprised me. I tried to get my pardner to bet me $20 it wasent going back but it did. The best walleye spot is at Bellville bridge. I see guys keeping them by the dozen. I have called DNR myself and nobody ever shows up. I dont know how that fishery survives. I say a guy at the culvert keep a STRINGER of undersize smallmouth out of season a couple years ago.

i called a dnr officer i know. he was there today and said he will be checking.cant beleive they dont follow the laws.sigman, i sent you a message.
