This Saturday, March 28, 2009 the MSU Extension program is putting on a workshop at the Evart High School from 9:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. that will feature Ed Spinazzola --food plot guru, Pete Kailing -- Michigan DNR biologist, Jerry Lindquist -- County Extension Director and other interesting speakers that will talk about food plots and whietail deer management. Also local deer management co-op leaders will discuss the benefits of having a local co-op and how to make them successful. This is a great opportunity to learn more about these relevant topics and meet some of the people that have years of experience in these fields. Cost is $20 at the door and includes a lunch.
