Perch Report 3/23

Drove by Sebewaing marina and seen a few caught, but nothing of size, decided not to stay and went straight to Thomas. Caught 4 fish in the first 30 min, and 0 in the next 3 hours. Pretty good current going, so using a bobber/minnow was not working. Ones I caught were not of size at all, around 6". Tried Oakherst for 20 min and nothing.

Better luck next time I guess.

Went yesterday. Kept about 150 between 6 and 10 inches, most leaning toward the 6 inch side. Kids were catching doubles and having a great time.

Where were you at? I havn't herd anything good in that last few days in the cuts or Sebewaing.

looking for a good spot on the west or south side of the bay if ypu guys know of any a pm would be greatly appreciated

I also fished at sebewaing and thomas rd. sat and sun. caught lots of dinks both days. 100 throw aways and only kept 25 biggest 10.5 inches. Where is oakherst located? Is it between thomas and sebewaing? thanks in advance.

Turn at the log cabin store/baitshop, Garner rd I believe. This is located between Vassar and Bradleyville rd on M-25. Turn towards the bay. Where the river/ditch makes a sharp turn to the left is where people fish. Dont park on the road you will be ticketed, park in the small parking area near the water.

Thanks for the info dasutter. I thought i was driving by it going to sebewaing. You can never have enough spots to try. thanks again.
