Had the guy who advertises on 16 & Jefferson shrinkwrap my boat on Sunday.
He will come to your house and shrinkwrap anything.
He was quick and covered my boat as low as I wanted and also my winch. It is tight as a drum.

Hotwired....just out of curiousity how much does it cost to shrinkwrap a boat? What size boat do you have?

He starts out at $128 for a 20' x 8" plus exta for access doors and other stuff.
If you have a smaller call for a quote.
