Question on new crossbow regs

My dad has a disability permit for a crossbow,will he still have to get a crossbow stamp?

From what I have heard....

Hunters who are already under a permit do not need to get a crossbow stamp.

People who are just starting this year, are required to get a crossbow stamp, and they are free.

This is so they can build a database for surveys of hunters specifically using crossbows, so they can be surveyed during the 3 year period.

No. He also is not subject to any of the new limitations on crossbows. You dad can continue to hunt with his crossbow just as he did before.
