we talk to one of our friends who went to caseville this morning. he said there was 3-5 inches of ice. He also said that he caught 4 perch about as big as the minnow he got them on. It was like that on thurs. morning also.
The only place that he heard about where the perch where bigger then your finger was at mud creek one morning this week and even then they were only 6-9 inches long. we may try in the morning at caseville, but if its very windy/cold, we will just stay home as it sounds like the perch are not there yet.
one more thing, people were walking a mile out on 3-6 inches of ice off of Geiger road, but he didn't know if they caught anything.
