I'm getting soooo STOKED about hooking into a nice 15" brook and then hitting the trails for those taste fungi. First I'm gonna hit up the Steelies and Eyes and then the rest of the year it's river and Creek fishing for me.......O man I'm getting HIGH just thinking about those little TAP....TAP....TAP's on the end of my trout rod and pulling a big HOG from a little hole under a old tree that forums a nice rolling pocket of tiny stones that lye the creek bed. :woohoo1:

Morells are just as good with sucker patties and a good bottle of German reseling! Chardonay will do but I like the sweeter wines

I sawtay my Morells in butter with garlick!:corkysm55

The morels sound good but its so dry right now in Roscommon there won't be any unless we get a lot of rain starting real soon. I just planted some king oyster mushrooms in a couple of logs I cut this weekend so if the morels don't cooperate I'll have the oysters to far back on and they taste good with trout as well.
